General Postings Operational Analysts / Military Instructor
BGI has regular full and part time employment opportunities for Operational
Analysts and Instructors with tactical aviation or other military backgrounds.
Applicants must be current or have recent, relevant experience in their
platform, and be either separated or retired from military service or
be serving no more than part time in the Guard or Reserve. Unique qualifications
such as USAF Weapons Instructor Course, USN Strike Fighter Tactics Instructors,
test pilots and aviators/operators with other specialized qualifications
and backgrounds are desired.

BGI is seeking motivated individuals with backgrounds in tactical electronic warfare to support ongoing technical activities for an advanced synthetic training environment product at NAS Patuxent River, MD. Work will include assisting the engineering team with development, integration, and test of current and future product builds. The individual will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise, assisting with product development and execution of test procedures while acting as a liaison with end user representatives to ensure requirements are satisfied. Desired electronic warfare backgrounds for this effort include prior military experience in Air Force tactical aircraft such as F-16CJ, B-52, B-1 or RC-135.

BGI is seeking qualified candidates to act as full-time instructors in support of the MQ-1/9 Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Formal Training Unit at Creech AFB, NV, beginning Fall 2008 and Holloman AFB, NM, beginning Spring 2009. Instructor duties will include academic instruction, simulator instruction, subject matter expert (SME) support for courseware development, and may also include live-fly qualification and instruction. support ongoing integration activities for the F-16CM Block 50 MTC in the Akron, OH area.
Work will include assisting the engineering team with development, integration, and test of
simulation devices for training F-16CM fighter pilots in tactical in system procedures and
tactical employment. The individual will be responsible for providing worldwide subject matter
expertise, assisting with development and execution of test procedures, and acting as a liaison
with end user representatives to ensure requirements are satisfied. Position may involve
international travel in support of site stand-up and academic instruction to active duty Air Force
