BGI Awarded F-16 Weapons System Simulation Training & Support Contract

On 23 December 2015, BGI, LLC (BGI) was awarded a contract to provide Air National Guard F-16 Weapons System Simulation Training & Support (WSST&S) services at the 149th Fighter Wing, Lackland AFB (Kelly Annex), Texas and 162nd Fighter Wing, Tucson International Airport, Arizona. The base year contract is valued at $5,729,040 and total value including all options is $30,268,624. This contract will be effective for one year with a total of four one-year options, and a further option to extend services for six months.
The purpose of the F-16 WSST&S contract is to provide domestic and international combat capable aircrews to the U.S. Air Force, Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve and allied partner nations that operate the F-16 aircraft. BGI, along with Veteran-Owned small business subcontractor Cobalt Technical Solutions, LLC will provide all equipment, personnel, supplies and services necessary to perform tasks under this contract, which include F-16 academic and aircrew training device instruction/console operations, comprehensive Courseware Development (CWD), and training support such as scheduling, registrar and learning center management.
