Courseware Manager/Instructional Developer/Training Analyst

BGI is seeking a Courseware Manager/Instructional Developer and Training Analyst.  The Courseware Manager/Instructional Developer and Training Analyst is responsible for directing all aspects of courseware development and production and provides managerial assistance to the SM in all matters relating to the courseware development effort.  The Courseware Manager will supervise the Educational Technologist and Multimedia Specialist personnel in all aspects of the courseware development process. The Training Analyst is responsible for training evaluation, analysis and improvement for training materials and student performance

Job Responsibilities:
Perform duties of Courseware Manager/Instructional Developer and Training Analyst
Manage the courseware production program using the USAF Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology to produce lectures, teaching aids, syllabi and other contract-specified deliverables
Supervise Educational Technologists and Media Specialists
Coordinate with Instructor/Subject Matter Experts daily in the creation and revision of all courseware materials
Track all courseware production
Coordinate regularly with the contracting officer representative regarding applicable aspects of courseware production
Produce and deliver weekly, monthly and annual reports and summaries documenting all courseware production activities
Perform Educational Technologist tasks as required by the Performance Work Statement
Perform training evaluation, analysis and improvements for training materials
Manage student critique program and student evaluation processes
Perform evaluation of quality of training and student performance by analyzing all aspects of instruction, collection of critique data and feedback from instructor pilots

Education, License, Credential Requirements:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a USG secret security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related discipline from an accredited university

Minimum of 18 hours of undergraduate credit in instructional methodology, tests and measurements, educational psychology, curriculum development or learning theory
Experience in the field of Formal Training Unit (FTU) Instructional Systems Development (ISD) (may be substituted for educational qualifications with approval)
One year experience in curriculum development
Experience in design and production of ISD materials

Special Knowledge and Skills: 
Hands-On experience with software tools such as Adobe Flash, Captivate, etc. in the construction of lecture and computer-based (CBT) products
Must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Word, PowerPoint, nd Excel
Experience in training analysis
