MQ-1/MQ-9 Sensor Operator Operational Analyst

BGI is seeking an MQ-1/MQ-9 Sensor Operator.  As a member of BGI’s team you will directly support our Unmanned Systems Modeling and Simulation contracts in DFW, Texas.  In support of this effort, BGI requires highly skilled personnel who will support all technical and synthetic training elements of the simulation programs.  Personnel will work hand-in-hand with engineers to design and develop high-fidelity simulation components in order to maximize the training benefit for the end-user.

Job Responsibilities:
Review and analyze operational specifications and provide inputs regarding fidelity requirements and end-user training needs
Attend customer/supplier meetings to help translate end-user needs to engineering development
Assist in the development of Acceptance Test Procedures and Test Plans to support the test and evaluation of the simulation devices
Perform test and evaluation activities
Identify and document discrepancies found during system test
Review operator’s manuals and other user-oriented documentation
Define simulation requirements associated with aircraft updates - focus on Sensor Operations
Identify training techniques - focus on Sensor Operator duties and responsibilities
Support engineering personnel with information and advice on Sensor Operator tactics and techniques for real-world operations

Required Qualifications:
Security Clearance
Current or former MQ-9 Sensor Operator (within the last four years)
In-depth knowledge of MQ-9 Reaper
Four (4) years experience as MQ-9 Sensor Operator
Experience in training event planning, data collection and assessment, after action reporting
Experience handling multiple priorities and interruptions with minimal impact on productivity/deliverables
Good writing skills
