BGI Announces New Website

August 23, 2010 - BGI Announces New Website - BGI is pleased to announce the release of the new BGI website today,  This first version of our new site reflects several months of development and determination as to how we can provide a meaningful marketing and information tool for our customers and employees.

Last fall we launched with the objective of "gaining a new website." We enlisted the support of a marketing firm and the structure and design of the new site was completed by January. The marketing company did their best to understand our company, our mission, our programs, our products and services, and our customers. We discovered through this process that we actually needed more than just a new website. The development of the site let us modify and firm up many of our marketing approaches and materials. This site overhaul has made a tremendous impact in both affirming and modifying what we say about our company. We have a broad library now of presentation slides, various handouts, marketing cards, business cards, stationary, etc. All of these marketing materials apply an across the company standardization of themes and are in final revision. Many of these will be utilized in upcoming trade shows like Tailhook and I/ITSEC this fall.

Additionally, one of the key features of our new website is an internally managed Content Management System. This allows trained BGI personnel to make appropriate changes to website content using an administrative tool. This will allow everything from news postings to services and products content to be changed on a regular and routine basis. This feature allows for us to be responsive to changes in information and/or the market in a very approachable fashion.
