General Postings
Operational Analysts/Military Instructor
BGI has regular full and part time employment opportunities for Operational Analysts and Instructors with tactical aviation or other military backgrounds. Applicants must be current or have recent, relevant experience in their platform, and be either separated or retired from military service or be serving no more than part time in the Guard or Reserve. Unique qualifications such as USAF Weapons Instructor Course, USN Strike Fighter Tactics Instructors, test pilots and aviators/operators with other specialized qualifications and backgrounds are desired.
Program Management/Engineering
BGI also has regular employment opportunities for highly motivated, goal-oriented personnel with 5+ year backgrounds in Program Management, Systems Engineering, and specific disciplines such as Electrical, Aeronautical, Software, Computer and Human Factors Engineering.
Aircraft Design, Structures, Avionics and Systems Engineers
BGI anticipates regular full time employment opportunities for engineers and technical personnel with experience in all aspects of aircraft development including preliminary design, detailed design, aircraft prototyping, systems integration, test and evaluation, prototype and production tooling, and quality assurance. Experience with modern computer aided design software tools as applied in a rapid development environment is favored. Applicants must be willing to relocate and may require a security clearance.
