BGI SeaPort-e Team
The BGI SeaPort-e Team is uniquely structured to support the United
States Navy's requirements in a wide number of the SeaPort-e functional
areas and zones. Logistics Services International supplements our Seaport-e
Team, enhancing the number of zones and functional areas with their experience.
BGI and LSI have teamed together on many contracts in the past and have
a symbiotic relationship which is especially beneficial to the government
customer.
BGI’s core services are primarily focused on tactical aircraft
training and simulation. Our Operational Analysts provide domain expertise
in highly specialized and specific tactical platforms and BGI Engineers
are experts in all types of modern simulation technologies including
next generation Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) training systems.
All of BGI’s Operational Analysts are experts in their platform,
and many have exceptional experience and credentials as Navy Fighter
Weapons School (TOPGUN) graduates, USAF Weapons Instructor Course (WIC)
graduates or Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) pilots. In addition,
our Analysts receive indoctrination and ongoing training in industry
standard management practices and Quality Assurance processes. This combination
of advanced operational expertise and insight into project management
and technical capabilities set BGI team members apart from former military
personnel and retirees who have simply migrated to government and industry
careers.
BGI is a veteran-owned small business which currently has over 50 employees
and consultants working on more than 30 active contracts. Although the
flexible workforce can support contracts at any location, including overseas,
our greatest depth is in three Seaport-e zones. Our largest employee
base is in the Gulf Coast Zone with over 25 employees and a home office
in the greater Dallas / Fort Worth area with additional employees in
central and northern Florida. One of our largest customers, government
prime contractor Lockheed Martin in Akron, OH is located in the Midwest
Zone. Finally, we have several employees in the National Capital Zone
supporting contracts for NAVAIR in Patuxent River, MD. Our business model
and management structure allows us to effectively support customers at
any location within the proposed zones and positions us to continue our
expansion to support additional customers and contracts at any location.
LSI has over 25 years of training analysis, design, development and
