BGI’s quality policy is that we seek to sustain the highest levels of quality through the documentation, execution, and continuous improvement of company processes with a strong focus on mission accomplishment and complete customer satisfaction.
To support this policy, BGI has implemented a multifaceted Quality Management System (QMS) that emphasizes quality in all business phases and disciplines. Our focus on quality begins with our leadership, who strive to create a team-friendly and mission-oriented environment. This is done through building and maintaining positive attitudes, where management and personnel alike have a “do it right the first time” mentality.
BGI’s QMS was initially certified in 2012 to be compliant with the International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001: 2008 Standard. In July of 2017 BGI was certified compliant with the new ISO 9001:2015 Standard. BGI has implemented a risk-based QMS that utilizes a mix of key and support process areas to measure and improve process performance not only to maintain ISO compliance, but more importantly, to adhere to the BGI quality policy and achieve complete customer satisfaction with all BGI’s products.
