BGI, LLC Receives Lockheed Martin Elite Supplier Award

2018 Lockheed Martin Elite Supplier awarded to BGI for excellence in providing F-35 training and simulation support at Lockheed Rotary and Missions Systems in Orlando, FL.

 

Akron, OH (August 8, 2019) – BGI, LLC (BGI) has been awarded Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) “Elite Supplier” status for 2018, presented by the Training and Logistics Solutions (TLS) Line of Business (LOB) for excellent performance. The RMS Elite Supplier status award is a new initiative introduced  last year to identify Lockheed Martin’s top-performing suppliers. During the initial evaluation period spanning 2018, BGI was cited for demonstrating perfect or best-in-class quality and delivery performance for F-35 Subject Matter Expert (SME) support in addition to having an outstanding customer-focused approach when meeting RMS TLS LOB requirements. “Steadfast professionalism, incredible work ethic, all-In attitudes all around, and comprehensive F-35 systems and tactics employment knowledge for USAF, USN, USMC, and foreign partner F-35 combat/training squadron flight simulator training tasks. BGI provided near-herculean support to 3FR2 Ops, enabled LM to field a high quality product on-time, and were a key interface and source of technical advice to both our LM Aeronautics and F-35 Joint Program Office Training Integrated Product Team customers” stated the LM F-35 Training/Logistics team.
